At Ekopedia, we carefully inspect every product before shipping.

Returns are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.

To request a return:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note:
• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
